Senior Associate – Assurance & Accounting – Richmond Hill

Our client is a leading professional services firm offering Assurance, Accounting, Tax, Advisory, Forensics, and Valuation services. The firm has experienced significant growth through both organic expansion and strategic acquisitions, serving a diverse client base including high-net-worth families, real estate developers, fintech companies, medical and legal professionals, professional athletes, and not-for-profit organizations.

This opportunity is ideal for a CPA-designated public accounting professional with strong technical capabilities in assurance and tax. The environment is collaborative, fast-paced, and growth-oriented, with high expectations around accuracy, professionalism, and client service. Individuals who enjoy varied engagements and mentorship responsibilities will excel in this role.

What You’ll Accomplish in This Role

Assurance & Audit

• Execute audits and reviews from planning to completion
• Develop engagement programs including risk analysis and materiality
• Apply firm audit and accounting methodologies across engagements

Compensation : $80,000 – $95,000

Location : Richmond Hill – Hybrid (3 days / week in office mandatory)

Vacation : 3+ weeks
