Join us as a Revenue Growth and Category Insights Manager at Kellanova Canada! You will develop and deliver a Revenue Growth and Category strategy of the business and customers plans to drive conversion through development of Kellanovas vision of the category and occasion into the optimal assortment, shelf placement, pricing and promotion.

You will use your strategic thinking skills to represent our brand to some of the worlds most respected and recognized retail operations.

This is a hybrid role based out of Canada HQ in Mississauga.

A Taste of What Youll Be Doing

  • Developing and Delivering Revenue Growth Strategy You will be responsible for leading the Revenue Growth function with the customer and commercial teams as well as integration in modeling and optimizing trade plans.
  • Category Leadership with Customers Your ability to create and maintain relationships will be an asset in this role! You will drive regular engagement at senior leadership levels for various accounts as well as develop account specific category strategies.
  • Providing Key Insights Evaluate the performance of multiple product launches, corporate promotions, and other initiatives.

Your effective communication skills will ensure the results are well-understood among internal and external stakeholders.

Your Recipe for Success

  • Post-Secondary education in a related field. Business Diploma or Degree preferred and proven CPG related experience.
  • Experience presenting complex and / or detailed information to multiple individuals / audiences with differing knowledge levels.
  • Strong proficiency in Nielsen, Microsoft Office, Planograming, Nielsen Revenue Optimizer & customer POS software is an asset.
  • Experience with trade spend syndicated data and the insight generation capability to propose winning strategies.
  • Experience in managing vendor / customer relationships.
  • Strong analytical capability and comfort with financial and data macros
  • Must be able to travel 10%.
