Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy automation workflows using Power Automate, UiPath Studio, and Orchestrator to optimize and streamline business processes
• Design, develop, and customize Power Apps, canvas apps, model-driven apps, logic apps and Power Automate flows to automate business processes and improve productivity
• Work alongside business stakeholders to gather requirements and develop UiPath and Power Platform solutions tailored to their needs
• Implement and maintain security controls, such as user permissions, OAuth tokens, and multi-factor authentication (MFA), in automation workflows
• Monitor and maintain existing flows, troubleshooting issues, and optimizing performance as necessary
• Build reusable components and templates that can be leveraged across multiple automation solutions
• Leverage UiPath Advance features like Action center, Document Understanding, and Test Suite to automate business processes via unattended and attended bots
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing UiPath automation workflows
• Adhere to best practices in RPA development, including code readability, modularization, reusability, and error handling.

Conduct code reviews and establish RPA standards for optimized performance and maintainability

Skills and Experience

• At least 5 years of hands-on experience in Power Platform, and UiPath development for business process automations
• At least 5 years of experience with REST API, SOAP, and JSON for custom integrations and triggers
• At least 3 years of hands-on experience in developing Microsoft Power Platform solutions, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Automate expressions, and Power Query
• Strong understanding of Microsoft Dataverse (formerly Common Data Service)
• Familiarity with Power Platform administration, governance, and security such as permissions, user authentication (OAuth2), and compliance in Power Automate
• Experience leveraging PowerShell Scripting, Power Fx, JavaScript, for advanced automation logic
• Understanding of DevOps practices, including CI / CD pipelines for deploying and managing Power Automate workflows
• Strong understanding of Agile development methodologies, including Scrum required
• Experience with the following would be considered an asset :
• Microsoft Copilot, especially within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, to optimize workflows
• Development in Power Automate Desktop Flows
• Azure services, Logic Apps and Azure Functions for extended automation capabilities
• Integrating Power Platform solutions and UiPath workflows with other Microsoft products such as Service Now, Dynamics 365, SharePoint, and third-party APIs
