We are excited to bring the globally recognized Chatime bubble tea brand to Liberty Village and are looking for Tearistas to join our team.

Located at #143-171 East Liberty St (between East Liberty / Strachan and East Liberty / Hanna) we are currently hiring full-time and part-time Tearistas for our upcoming store opening (estimated start day will be first week or 2nd week of September 2021).

Qualifications :

18 years or older

Professional, enthusiastic, and a team player

Previous retail or food industry experience is preferred

Strong verbal communication skills

Ability to multi-task in a busy environment

Able to work flexible shifts including morning store openings, evenings, store closings at 11pm and midnight, weekends and holidays

Physical Requirements :

Able to work on feet for your entire shift and work in the bar area with multiple teammates simultaneously

Able to lift up to 50 lbs and move items as needed

Responsibilities and Duties :

Craft bubble tea drinks, prepare toppings, and package drinks and desserts for guests

Perform cashier duties using the Point-of-Sale system (POS) and online delivery platforms

Help to maintain appropriate stock levels in bar area

Clean and maintain the store and staff areas

Clean and maintain store equipment as per schedule

Job Types : Full-time, Part-time

Schedule :

Day shift

Night shift

Weekends

Holidays

Part-time hours : 20-32 per week

Full-time hours : 32+ per week

Expected start date : TBD (first or second week of September)

Salary : Starting At $14.75 - $15.75 / hr depending on prior experience and part-time or full-time

COVID-19 considerations :

All staff & guests are required to wear face masks. Staff go through mandatory temperature checks at the beginning of their shift & follow H&S protocols. Cleaning and sanitizing schedules are also followed to ensure all staff and guests are safe.
