We are seeking a highly skilled Data Scientist with a strong computer science foundation to join a rapidly growing team. What You’ll Do
Own the full lifecycle of data science initiatives, from problem definition and modeling to deployment and monitoring in production
Design, develop, and deploy machine learning and AI models at scale, including GenAI and LLM‑based solutions
Build and manage robust data and ML pipelines, ensuring reliability, scalability, and performance
Lead and contribute to model evaluation, fine‑tuning, experimentation, and optimization efforts
Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and other business partners to translate ambiguous problems into impactful solutions
Apply product thinking to data science by helping stakeholders clarify objectives and iterating as needs evolve
Support marketing and commercial use cases, including SEO, ranking algorithms, recommendation systems, and marketing mix models
Act as a thought partner across the organization, proactively identifying opportunities where data and AI can drive growth
What We’re Looking For
3–5 years of experience in data science, machine learning, or applied AI, with hands‑on experience deploying models to production
Strong programming skills in Python and SQL
Experience with ML / AI frameworks such as scikit‑learn, TensorFlow, and PyTorch
Solid understanding of machine learning techniques, including supervised, unsupervised, and deep learning approaches
Proven experience running evaluations, selecting models, and fine‑tuning for performance and accuracy
Hands‑on experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS), containerization (Docker), and orchestration tools (Jenkins, Airflow)Strong understanding of MLOps concepts, including model monitoring, versioning, and lifecycle management
Experience deploying models via APIs (Flask, FastAPI) in real‑time and batch‑processing environments
Familiarity with agile development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to diverse audiences
AI & GenAI Experience
Practical experience with GenAI and LLM technologies
Familiarity with tools such as Hugging Face, LangChain, OpenAI APIs, and vector databases
Experience with fine‑tuning techniques and evaluation strategies for LLM‑based systems
Bonus Points
Experience in e‑commerce, marketplaces, or high‑scale consumer platforms
Exposure to automotive data and applications such as pricing, inventory optimization, or recommendation systems
Contributions to open‑source AI / ML projects, publications, or presentations at industry events
