Our client is a leading international business law and litigation firm seeking a Senior Corporate Services Manager

Primary Responsibilities :
- Lead recruitment, performance reviews, and team meetings
- Oversee workload allocation and identify upcoming client events
- Manage and implement strategic initiatives (e.g., Minute book digitization, technology rollouts)
- Monitor legislative changes and ensure compliance with Business Law guidelines
- Assess and improve department practices and processes
- Collaborate with other legal professionals to address support needs
Requirements :
- Law clerk diploma or equivalent
- Member in good standing with the Institute of Law Clerks of Ontario and IPMA
- 10+ years of paraprofessional experience in Corporate Services, with supervisory experience
- Proficiency in technology (e.g., Closing Folders, Ministry portals, iManage, MinuteBox)
- Extensive knowledge of the Business Corporations Act (Ontario) and the Canada Business Corporations Act
