Redline is activelyseeking an Agent Success Manager to collaborate directly with ourreal estate agents providing support guidance and mentorship toelevate their performance.
We are looking for a candidate with aproven track record in real estate sales a genuine passion forcoaching and development and an unwavering commitment to ensuringthe success of our valued agents.

What sInvolved
Business Planningand Target Setting
Collaborate withreal estate agents to develop effective businessplans.
Set clear targets and goalsfor agents and assist them in overcoming challenges to achievesuccess.
Mentoring andSupport :
Provide or arrangementoring and support to agents for increasedproductivity.
Identify gaps in skillsor knowledge and arrange for indepth mentorship and training eitherinhouse or through externalresources.
Training andEducation :
Ensure agentshave access to and receive the necessary training and education tosucceed.
Develop and maintain acomprehensive training program for ongoing agentdevelopment.
LeadDistribution Assignment andTracking :
Implement asystem for lead distribution and assignment among agents based ontheir strengths and expertise.
Trackleads through the sales pipeline ensuring timely followup andeffective conversionstrategies.
RelationshipBuilding :
Develop andmaintain strong relationships with real estate agents to foster apositive and collaborative workenvironment.
PerformanceMonitoring :
Keep records ofagents productivity and ensure accountability to settargets.
Monitor CRM and leadactivity ensuring effective lead management andconversion.
Reporting andCommunication :
Report onsales activities to the Broker of Record (BOR) to facilitateperformance managementdecisions.
New AgentOnboarding :
Work closelywith new agents during the onboarding process providing additionaltraining and coaching asneeded.
FirstLevelSupport :
Serve as thefirstlevel support for phone inquiries from (junior) agents helpingthem overcome challenges and navigateobstacles.
ComplaintHandling :
Act as the firstpoint of contact for all external complaints from agents andclients.
Manage all Real EstateCouncil of Alberta (RECA) complaints and insuranceclaims
TalentSpecs
3 year s provenexperience in real estate sales andmanagement.
3 years experience as areal estate salesperson.
Indepthknowledge of RECA regulations andstandards.
Experience in leadmanagement within the real estateindustry.
Welldeveloped businessfinancial and administrative managementskills
Ability to work inoffice withavailability in evenings and weekends when assistance isrequired.
