Sales Representatives report to the Sales Manager and work within a dynamic and positive team that enjoys celebrating their successes.

They put their sales skills to good use to contribute actively to the company’s growth - they’re vital to us achieving our mission because they promote our vision and services to future Lufavores! They act as Lufa Farms ambassadors during events taking place at different partner locations, and they get to participate in finding new partners to host our sales kiosks.

Overall, their mission is to convince people to switch their current way of doing groceries for a more local and sustainable option - every new signup brings us one step closer to changing the way cities eat.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Represent Lufa Farms at events, promote our services, and sign up new Lufavores to our weekly baskets;
• Coordinate sales booth setup and takedown;
• Prepare a report following each event and maintain traffic statistics throughout the shift;
• Support the prospecting of new partnerships for our sales events;
• Assist the Sales Manager in all related tasks;
• Make follow-up, sales, and retention calls to Lufa Farms subscribers.

REQUIREMENTS :

• Bilingualism (French and English);
• A car and a valid driver's licence;
• Effective and friendly communication skills;
• A proactive mindset;
• Result oriented;
• Sales experience.

SCHEDULE :

35-40 hours per week, depending on availability.
