La ou le représentant.e des ventes met à profit ses compétences en contribuant activement à la croissance de l’entreprise.

Vous agirez en tant qu’ambassadeur des Fermes Lufa lors d'événements tenus à différents endroits tout en participant à la prospection de nouveaux partenaires pouvant accueillir nos kiosques de vente.

En bref, votre mission sera de convaincre les gens de changer leur façon de faire les courses en choisissant une option plus locale et durable - chaque nouvelle adhésion nous rapproche un peu plus de notre objectif de changer la manière dont les villes s’alimentent.

Responsabilités :

  • Représenter Les Fermes Lufa lors d’événements, faire la promotion de nos services et inscrire de nouveaux Lufavores à nos paniers hebdomadaires;
  • Coordonner la tenue du kiosque de ventes, notamment le montage et le démontage;
  • Préparer un rapport suite à chaque événement et tenir à jour les statistiques d’achalandage tout au long du quart de travail;
  • Appuyer la prospection de nouveaux partenariats pour la tenue de nos événements de ventes;
  • Assister le gestionnaire des ventes dans toute tâche connexe reliée au département;
  • Réaliser des appels de suivis, de vente et de rétention auprès d’abonnés des Fermes Lufa.

Exigences :

  • Bilingue (français et anglais);
  • Voiture et permis de conduire valide;
  • Un.e communicateur.trice avenant.e et confiant.e;
  • Être proactif.ve;
  • Résilient.e et optimiste;
  • Orienté.e vers les résultats;
  • Disponible pour travailler le week-end;
  • Expérience en vente.

Horaire :

Entre 35 et 40 heures par semaine selon la disponibilité.

The Sales Representatives skills to use by actively contributing to the company’s growth. They act as Lufa Farms ambassadors during events taking place at different locations, and participate in finding new partners to host our sales kiosks.

Overall, their mission is to convince people to switch their way of doing groceries to a more local and sustainable option - every new signup they make brings us one step closer to changing the way cities eat.

Responsibilities :

  • Represent Lufa Farms at events, promote our services, and sign up new Lufavores to our weekly baskets;
  • Coordinate sales booth setup and takedown;
  • Prepare a report following each event and maintain traffic statistics throughout the shift;
  • Support the prospecting of new partnerships for our sales events;
  • Assist the Sales Manager in all related tasks;
  • Make follow-up, sales, and retention calls to Lufa Farms subscribers.

Requirements :

  • Bilingualism (French and English);
  • A car and a valid driver's licence;
  • Effective and friendly communication skills;
  • A proactive mindset;
  • Result oriented;
  • Available to work on weekends;
  • Sales experience.

  • Well versed in sustainability, food systems, and food;
  • Genuine interest and enthusiasm for the Lufa Farms mission.

Schedule :

35-40 hours per week, depending on availability.
