The Primary Care Physician collaborates with Nurse Practitioners, Allied Health Providers, and community-based services and agencies to provide primary health care for our clients. The Primary Care Physician practices according to the Standards of Practice of the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario (CPSO) and to guidelines and policies established at Vibrant.
In collaboration with Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centre Department of Family and Community Medicine, we are looking for a Physician with an interest in medical education. This position will include regular supervision of residents and medical students.
In this role, you would contribute to an integrated team-based model focused on creating impactful care pathways and setting new standards in client care. You will be pivotal in fostering an inclusive healthcare setting where equity-deserving people, including people with physical disabilities, older adults and people who use drugs experience the highest quality access to care.
