Consultancy Summary
YCI is expanding our portfolio of youth innovation programs in Canada. To support this work, we are seeking a consultant with expertise in Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEL) to design learning plans and tools and lead program evaluations. The consultancy has the opportunity to expand on a project‑basis for programs across Canada.
