Overview

The Associate is a frontline change agent who provides reliable data and rigorous analysis to support improvement teams, driving decisions in real time.

Responsibilities

• Coach client analysts and line managers, sharing skills and building relationships across the client site.
• Provide rigor and accuracy to improvement efforts, facilitating prioritization of opportunities and using root cause analysis to resolve implementation issues.
• Support client idea owners with technical and analytical assistance to ensure success of improvement ideas.
• Validate benefit streams from ideas that are under- or over-performing relative to expectations.
• Develop leadership skills to build a sustainable culture of continuous improvement within the client organization.

Compensation and Benefits

Base pay range : $41.11 to $65.14 per hour (British Columbia / Ontario). Compensation varies by location, role, skill set and experience. English is required.
