Champion Staffing is currently looking for great candidates with experience and strong background as an Administrative Support.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Perform data entry requirements using an internal database system
  • Coordinate orders from various customers accurately and efficiently and enter onto internal inventory system
  • Monitor movement of inventory and ensure FIFO (First In, First Out) is followed
  • Respond to product issues and make the necessary corrections in the system
  • Enter and verify data for third party movement tracking
  • Prepare and send appointment requests to receiving warehouses
  • Investigate and resolve product discrepancies
  • Finalize paperwork and distribute to partner transportation company
  • Capture, and enter CHEP distribution movement
  • All relevant tasks falling under the scope of Administrative Support shall be assigned from time to time

Qualifications :

  • A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar or administrative role
  • Previous experience in providing excellent customer service
  • Post-secondary degree preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Intermediate-to-advanced skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and anticipate business needs
  • Ability to handle multiple projects with tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to type a minimum of 45 wpm at any given time
