Customer Service Clerk
Job Description
NAPA Auto Parts is seeking a stand-out candidate for a Customer Service Clerk position, based out of our Calgary, AB Distribution Centre.
This position will report directly to the Distribution Center Operations Manager. In this crucial role, your duties and responsibilities while providing an exceptional customer service experience will include :
- Checking inventory to make sure products are available as requested.
- Handling customer inquiries / concerns.
- Preparing quotes, invoices, and orders.
- Verifying customer information is correct and up-to-date.
- Communicating updates on logistics (shipments / deliveries).
- Reviewing orders for accuracy and excellence.
You will be the voice of NAPA, handling incoming orders and providing the customer with information on specific products or services including working closely with our partnered suppliers.
Qualifications
To join our team, you need :
- Broad knowledge of automotive parts, tools, and equipment is an asset.
- Outstanding customer service skills, high energy, sales and marketing experience.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task, prioritize, and pay attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- 3-5 years of relevant experience.
- AS400 WMS experience is an asset.
- Experience in the aftermarket automotive parts industry is an asset.
- Great computer skills and a keen interest in learning new programs.
