As a Retail Associate within our boutiques, you will be part of the team responsible for the successful delivery of extraordinary client experiences and support to maximize on sales opportunities. THE ROLES

As a Service Advisor, you will:

• Welcome clients
• Match clients with their product and direct to the right Service Counter
• Prepare the product to be processed
• Efficiently and accurately process transactions
• Package product for an Everyday Luxury opening experience
• Support operations at the Service Counter
