Position Overview :

Join us at Blazesoft, where innovation meets gaming excitement, dive into the heart of gaming analytics as a Gaming Data Analyst and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of gaming experiences.

Main Responsibilities :

• Utilize statistical and mathematical methodologies to analyze game data, uncovering insights that drive player satisfaction and retention.
• Analyze large datasets to understand player behaviour, informing strategic and operational decisions.
• Design and implement dashboards and reporting tools.
• Ensure excellence in communication, presenting complex analytical findings in a clear.

Requirements :

• A strong foundation in Statistical / Mathematical principles, with a proven track record of applying these in a professional setting.
• Experience in a data analysis role, with a preference for backgrounds in the gaming industry, is a plus.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills.
• A passion for gaming and a commitment to continuous learning and adaptation in the fast-evolving gaming landscape.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
• 2+ years of experience are similar roles, beneficial from the gaming industry.

Nice to have requirements :

• Proficient in SQL and experience with complex data queries.
• Experience with PowerBI
• Familiarity with statistical tools and models (R, Python).
