We are seeking a creative and experience Content Strategist to join our team and drive the voice of RhythmQ across multiple channels.
In this role, you will help build consistent customer-centric messaging strategy across all channels, and produce high-quality, compelling content that educates & engages readers highlighting how our software and delivery can address their needs and pain-points.

What you'll be doing :
Content Strategy Development
- Shape and refine brand messaging, making sure it aligns with target audience expectations and trends
- Conduct research to understand customer personas, pain points, and needs, using this information to inform content themes and direction
- Define and maintain messaging that is consistent, compelling, and aligned with customer needs
- Research competitors and alternate trends in recommending and implementing optimizations to RhythmQ's content strategy, enabling it to be relevant and aligned with market dynamics
- Design and implement a content strategy aligned to the overall messaging, simple and targeted, driving increase in engagement and lead generation
Content Creation & Execution
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, sales) to align content needs with messaging strategy
- Work closely with subject matter experts to create relevant content to support sales, marketing and customer engagement needs
- Create / write high-quality, engaging content for website, landing pages, lead generation emails, articles, and other digital assets driving engagement and customer acquisition
- Develop content for campaigns, product promotion, and sales / marketing initiatives, ensuring all pieces are optimized for conversions and SEO
Performance Monitoring & Optimization
- Use analytics to track content performance and engagement, drawing insights to refine content strategy
- Optimize existing content based on SEO and engagement metrics, improving visibility and effectiveness over time
- Conduct regular content audits to ensure all published materials remain relevant and aligned with overall corporate goals and customer needs
Learn and Grow
- Leave things better than you found them. Schedule time in your calendar to challenge current processes and build new ones that bring value
- Regularly meet with other members of the RQ team to keep abreast of ongoing developments
- Provide expert insight to the Sales, Onboarding, Customer Success and Development Teams on conversion metrics and content usage
- Develop yourself. Grab a book, watch a podcast, take a course choose what area of your career you'd like to build and commit to it

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in content strategy, content marketing, or copywriting, ideally in a B2B or SaaS environment
- Proven ability to craft compelling content that engages audiences and drives action
- Strong understanding of brand positioning, audience targeting, digital marketing and advertising
- Experience with SEO principles and best practices for online content.

Shift & Schedule :
Workday : 9 : 00 am 5 : 00 pm, in office 3 days a week.
Remuneration :
- $25-$30 an hour (37.5 hours a week)
