- Base salary range for Process Lead L2 between $ 81,000 and $100,000 CAD annually, based on experience
At our facility in Scarborough you can develop your full potential, sustainably , by applying your expertise within the Packaging team as the Process Lead L2 :
Collect, analyze, and report quality and production variance data; develop and execute action plans to mitigate deviations and improve asset performance.Lead continuous improvement of Centerline (CL) and Run Condition Optimization (RCO) standards and processes; share best practices across Process Leads and CI teams.Train and coach operators on CL and RCO best practices; manage documentation including SOPs and communicate procedural issues with suppliers.Support autonomous asset management, quality, and continuous improvement pillars; assess equipment performance and correct non‑standard operating conditions.Collaborate with production planning to optimize production schedules, grade changes, and centerline calibration; use centerline data to troubleshoot and ensure correct machine base conditions.Support small and large‑scale projects and modifications, including machine part design and product development / qualification.Bring out the best in yourself!

Demonstrated experience leading, coaching, and developing teams to achieve operational and quality objectives.Strong knowledge and expertise in area‑specific processes and systems, with a solid understanding of Lean Manufacturing Principles and Continuous Improvement tools.Proven analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to assess data and identify effective, sustainable solutions.Ability to navigate ambiguous, complex, and changing situations while maintaining focus on results and priorities.Excellent organizational, time‑management, and prioritization skills in fast‑paced manufacturing environments.Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and levels.3 years of experience (flexible)We look forward to meeting you!
