Part Time Bookkeeper

Part-Time Bookkeeper on-going Temporary assignmentWe are looking to fill a Part-time Booker role (3 days per week) for one of our clients in the Kingston area.

This would be on on-going Temporary assignment with the potential to become a permanent position.$22 per hourDuties includes, but not limited to :

• Accounting / bookkeeping experience
• Proficient with Quick books Accounting program, Microsoft Office, Word and Excel.
• Assisting management in day-to-day process
• Managing filing systems for all client, personnel, and accounts files, ensuring accuracy
• Data entry

Requirements :

• Prior experience of bookkeeping and accounting functions
• 20-24 hours per week
• Training on the company's system will be given
• Must be able to work in a fast pace environment
• Must be able to work as part of team and independently
• 8am - 5pm
• Must be proficient in Excel
