Job Title : Digital Marketing Specialist

Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to support digital campaign execution, website optimization, and cross-functional marketing initiatives. This role requires strong technical proficiency in marketing automation, content management systems, analytics platforms, and SEO tools, along with the ability to manage projects independently and collaborate across teams.
Key Responsibilities
Email Marketing & Campaign Execution
- Develop and execute targeted email campaigns using Microsoft Dynamics, including audience segmentation, form creation, testing, quality assurance, and deployment.
- Ensure campaigns are accurately configured and optimized to drive engagement and performance.
Website Content & Optimization
Utilize Adobe Experience Manager to create and update website content in alignment with brand standards.Conduct thorough quality assurance to maintain a consistent and professional digital presence.Identify and communicate website enhancements to improve user experience and functionality.Analytics & Performance Reporting
Use analytics and reporting tools such as Looker Studio to evaluate website performance.Leverage Demandbase for Account-Based Marketing insights to inform strategy and optimization.Apply data-driven insights to improve digital marketing effectiveness.SEO & Competitive Analysis
Conduct website audits and competitive research using SEMrush and Google Search Console.Identify opportunities to improve search rankings and enhance overall digital visibility.Content Development & Design Support
Complete moderately complex content writing and design-related tasks to support digital initiatives.Ensure all materials meet brand guidelines and quality standards.Project & Stakeholder Collaboration
Manage projects and deliverables using Wrike to ensure timely and high-quality completion.Partner with regional marketing teams and stakeholders to ensure consistent campaign execution across markets.Contribute to brainstorming sessions and strategic initiatives to enhance user experience and marketing performance.Ensure compliance with Canadian French language regulations and translation requirements where applicable.Required Skills & Qualifications
Proven experience in digital marketing campaign execution and website content management.Strong proficiency with Microsoft Dynamics and familiarity with Adobe Experience Manager.Experience with analytics platforms such as Looker Studio and ABM tools like Demandbase.Working knowledge of SEO tools including SEMrush and Google Search Console.Experience using project management platforms such as Wrike.Familiarity with Canadian French regulations and translation standards.Core Competencies
