The Job
Responsibilities
- Assist the CEO in business decisions and projects.
- Communicate with long-term investors via phone, email, video call and in person.
- Use leadership skills to relay effective feedback and drive team members towards achieving company goals.
- Investigate operational issues and provide solutions.
- Solve complex issues (internal and external) as well as extensive Airbnb claims.
- Use Zoho-based software daily to complete tasks, projects and documentation.
- Analyze current systems and propose improvements.
- Work closely with all departments and managers to complete projects and ensure proper communication.
- Manage operational staffing in conjunction with other departments.
- Ensure that Investor inquiries are answered and acted upon.

- Adept at answering inquiries over multiple platforms (email, phone and video call).

- Possess problem-solving skills and can adapt to changing situations.
- Adept at communicating, negotiating and establishing relationships.
- Is Comfortable with certain accounting and financial terms.
- Is meticulous with a strong attention to detail.

- able to work independently as well as part of a team and with other departments.
Requirements
- Minimum of 4 years in customer service.
- Minimum of 2 years of resolving moderate to complex issues (ex : disputes).
- Minimum of 2 years of combined managerial experience.
- Proven experience using AirDNA, Airtable, Excel, Zoho Connect, Zoho Learn, Zoho Project and Zoho Sign.
- Proven professional oral, writing and listening English skills.
- Proven experience with a property management company.
- Proven familiarity with Airbnb and its policies.
- Must have a valid driver's license.
- Must have a bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Business Administration, Commerce, etc.)
