About the Role

Were hiring hard-working reliable and motivated individuals to join our team as Junior Sales Representatives.

This is an outdoor door-to-door role where youll speak with homeowners in local neighborhoods and help generate leads for our sales team.

You do not need sales experience. If youre confident coachable and willing to work hard well teach you the rest.

This role is best suited for people who like being active enjoy talking to people and want a job where effort directly impacts pay.

What the Job Actually Looks Like

• Walking door-to-door in residential neighborhoods

• Knocking introducing yourself and having short conversations

• Booking interested homeowners for free estimates

• Working set shifts (afternoons / evenings)

• Getting coached supported and improved over time
