RSM is looking for an experienced Hands‑On Data and Analytics Strategy Manager with expertise in advising clients in developing the strategic data and analytics roadmap. The ideal candidate must possess a strong background in data architecture, cloud computing, and a deep understanding in emerging digital trends in data, analytics, and AI. As a Data and Analytics Director, you will be responsible for developing go‑to‑market offerings, lead delivery of rapid assessments, and collaborate across RSM for developing our data and digital narrative.

Compensation
Compensation Range : $98,000 - $167,000. Individuals selected for this role will be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on firm and individual performance.
