No Days Wasted is a fast-growing wellness brand built at the intersection of culture, performance, and recovery. We sell across Shopify, Amazon, and retail, and we’re building a brand through social-first storytelling, creators, and community.
The Role
We’re looking for a scrappy, execution-first marketer to help scale our Instagram and TikTok flywheel, support social commerce, assist with paid media execution, and support in-person activations in Toronto. Must be active, social and excited to be in a high-growth environment.
This role is for someone who lives on Instagram and TikTok, understands how content → community → commerce works, is comfortable on camera, and wants to execute daily rather than sit in decks.
This is not a performance marketing ownership role — it is a creative + execution + paid support role.
What You’ll Do
Social Media & Social Commerce (Primary)
- Execute day-to-day posting and engagement on Instagram and TikTok
- Support and help manage TikTok Shop
- Actively engage with the community via comments, DMs, and Discord
- Stay on top of trends and quickly turn them into on-brand content
Content Creation & Capture
Be comfortable on camera (UGC-style content, POVs, routines)Film others (team members, creators, partners)Capture content in Toronto for shoots, pop-ups, and eventsCollaborate with editors to ship content consistentlyPaid Media Execution Support (Secondary)
Support paid media execution across Meta, TikTok, Google, and other platformsLaunch creative into existing ad accounts using defined structuresSwap creatives, assist with testing, and QA ads and landing pagesMonitor comments and engagement on adsMonitor performance snapshots (spend, MER, CTR, CPA) for internal reviewUnderstand unit economics and key numbers to trackCoordinate closely with internal leadership or external media buyersCommunity & Events
