Role : Data Analyst with strong technical and communication skills.
This role involves working closely with business leads and executives to translate data into actionable insights. The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in SQL, relational databases, and experience with Business Intelligence tools, preferably Power BI.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain dashboards and reports using BI tools (Power BI preferred).
- Write and optimize complex SQL queries for data extraction and analysis.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver data-driven solutions.
- Present findings and insights clearly to non-technical audiences, including executives.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with organizational standards.

Ideal Candidate Traits
Strong SQL capabilities with at least 5 years of experience (query writing, optimization, troubleshooting).Strong understanding of relational databases and data warehouses.Excellent communication skills for stakeholder engagement and executive presentations.Experience as a BI Developer, ideally with Power BI.________________________________________
