- Methodical Exit : Ensure we meet all lease obligations for our current building, leaving the space in pristine condition and maintaining a positive relationship with building management.
- Financial Ownership : Proven ability to manage a relocation budget with a focus on vendor negotiation and asset value recovery.
- Change Communications : High emotional intelligence with experience crafting employee-facing comms that turn 'moving anxiety' into 'new home excitement'.
- Technical Sensitivity : Experience working with high-performance engineering teams where network latency, server room cooling, and ergonomic precision are high priorities.

We are a team that values efficiency and transparency. You will have the autonomy to drive this project and the budget to do it right. Our goal is a "handover" that feels effortless for the team, and we need your expertise to make that a reality.
If you have successfully moved a company before and are ready to hit the ground running in the Entertainment District of Toronto, please share your resume and a brief summary of a previous office move you managed. We look forward to hearing from you!
