DevOps / Release Manager (Salesforce)

The Opportunity :

Are you passionate about Salesforce DevOps and looking for a challenging opportunity? The DevOps / Release Manager role will allow you to own the end-to-end deployment process from planning to implementation. You will be a part of delivering technical solutions for improving the overall quality of product build, deployment, release, and monitoring with an emphasis on process adherence, team enablement, operational oversight, and support coordination.

Day to day you will :

• Manage the planning and execution of deployment activities
• Design and implement CI / CD pipelines
• Design and implement tools required to facilitate the CI / CD pipelines
• Setup development, UAT, staging, training, demo and production environments
• Ensure configuration, code, and data propagates to target environments are in an orderly fashion
• Provide developer training to ensure consistency in deployment workflow
• Establish and govern the release process including guidelines for all releases
• Support merge conflicts and clean-up source control in collaboration with the developers
