Contract Administrator

Airswift is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Contract Administrator to join a major Oil and Gas company in North York, ON and support the company's Supply Chain Management (SCM) team on a 1-year contract with possibility of extension. In this role, you will draft and administer service contracts, ensure compliance with internal policies, and act as a key liaison between business units and suppliers. You’ll also support spend analysis and reporting using Excel and Power BI.

What You’ll Do

• Draft and prepare service agreements for review by legal, SCM stakeholders, and business units; support contract execution.
• Ensure full compliance with SCM processes, governance standards, and enterprise policies.
• Maintain accurate documentation and records according to established procedures.
• Use supply chain concepts, data sources, and market intelligence to recommend process improvements.
• Support procurement activities by investigating and resolving issues.
• Build strong, ethical relationships while driving efficiency and cost‑effectiveness.
• Act as a liaison between sourcing specialists, advisors / consultants, and suppliers.
• Provide training to internal end users when needed.
• Actively participate in SCM departmental initiatives and continuous improvement efforts.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Compensation : $40–$48 / hr depending on experience, classification, and contract structure. Final compensation will be determined based on candidate qualifications and client requirements.
