Un détaillant canadien recherche un Agent du soutien technique bilingue pour gérer la résolution des problèmes techniques des utilisateurs. Le candidat idéal doit avoir 1 à 2 ans d'expérience en centre d'assistance et de solides compétences en service à la clientèle. Le poste nécessite le dépannage des systèmes de point de vente et un excellent diagnostic technique. Une connaissance des systèmes Windows et un permis de conduire valide sont requis.
