Our team mainly services TnS business and provides data solutions for the business. We provide accurate, timely, complete, and transparent data assets for the TnS business and help the business solve problems on a large scale.

Specifically, we provide data products covering the complete data service process from basic data construction to data products, helping the TnS business to solve the problems encountered in the data's whole life cycle, including Data Definition, Data Access, Data Management, Data Visualization, Data Analysis, Diagnostic Insight, etc.

  • Responsibilities- Responsible for the design of data products, including data monitoring, data analysis, data insight, and algorithm-related platforms;
  • Work closely with the business team to develop a deep understanding of the business and provide the business with insights, recommendations, and solutions from the data perspective and analysis;
  • Participate in the operation and maintenance of data products, promote product landing, continuously gather feedback from users, and keep tracking product adoption and performance;
  • With strong data sensitivity, collect and analyze feedback from users, stakeholders, and other teams to shape and optimize products and drive continuous improvement of user experience;
  • Bachelor's degree or higher with a minimum of 5 years of data product management or related experience. Preferred fields include Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or equivalent technical degrees, and prior experience in data product development;
  • Proficiency in data platforms, including data visualization, metric management, feature management, algorithm engineering, portrait analysis, analysis and diagnosis, permission platform, etc;
  • Strong data-driven mindset, excellent data analysis skills, and a deep understanding of data, data platforms, and related technologies;
  • Strong problem-solving skills, excellent workload management, and a willingness to take on challenges;- Exceptional communication skills and adept at cross-functional & cross-cultural collaborations;
