Job descriptionProvide support for multiple products, offering assistance with both software and hardware components. Possess knowledge of electronics and mechanical devices. Proficient in PC computer skills, including working with various operating systems and networking. Offer software and hardware support for clients and fellow field service technicians. Ability to travel to various customer sites around Boston, MA and to other nearby cities. Electronics technical school training or equivalent is required. Ability to work on proprietary software, hardware communications, programming, and repair. Proficiency in using hand and power tools for installation and maintenance tasks. Must have a clean driving record. Excellent written and oral communication skills, particularly when interacting with customers. Ability to work effectively within a team environment. Knowledge of SQL Server database maintenance. Familiarity with MS Windows software and operating systems. Understanding of network and communication systems. Possession of MS Network and MS A+ Certifications is advantageous.

We are looking for a Project Installer to join our HUB Parking Technology team! You are an ideal candidate if you have previously worked on parking equipment, security system installations and service or access automation / control and you like working outdoors. This position will require On-Call duties and up to 30% Travel.
On-site Installation :
- Perform onsite installation of Parking and Revenue Control systems and Access Control equipment alongside other trained technicians throughout the Ontario region.
- Installation duties include equipment bolt-down, wiring termination, establishing communications to software host, configuration, and testing of new equipment.
