Job Summary

We arecurrently seeking a Senior Manufacturing Knowledge Engineer tofacilitate our refining global portfolio Communities of Practice(CoPs) and codify expertise from top performing assets as part ofour Global Manufacturing Excellence (GME) organizations.

Your primary role will see you as a key member of ourKnowledge Management team here to strengthen our manufacturingcapabilities across the downstream refining portfolio.

KeyResponsibilities :

• Lead selected Communities of Practice (CoPs) and expertforums to share lessons at scale.
• Conduct sitevisits and workshops to capture tacit knowledge from fieldexperts.
• Develop structured processes andtools to document and disseminate best practices.
• Contribute to the design and content of Knowledge Hubplatforms to facilitate knowledge sharing.
• Provide technical advisory support to plant managers ontargeted initiatives to improve performance.
• Assist with training programs and ensure the adoption ofexpertise across the organization.
• Trackmetrics that demonstrate the impact of knowledge sharing on keyperformance indicators (KPIs).

Requirements :

• Willingness to relocate toDhahran Saudi Arabia.
• Hold aBachelors Degree in Chemical / Process Engineering or a relatedfield.
• Possess a minimum of 10 years ofexperience within manufacturing operations.
• Demonstrate expertise in 2 key manufacturing domains suchas operations maintenance or HSE.
• Preferablyhave experience leading multisite continuous improvementprojects.
• Proficiency with knowledgeengineering methodologies and digital tools isessential.
• Strong communication collaborationand change management skills are vital.
• Preferably have the ability to distill technicalexpertise for multidisciplinary audiences.
