partner staffing onbehalf of our Client we are seeking an experienced SeniorProcess MechanicalEngineer based in Calgary specializing in gas manufacturing with a focus onmodular packaging solutions.

The ideal candidate will possess deeptechnical expertise in mechanical engineering specifically in thedesign optimization and implementation of modular systems for gasproduction and processing.

You will lead major projects overseesystem integration and work collaboratively with crossfunctionalteams to enhance efficiency safety and scalability in our modularpackagingenvironments.

Requirements

KeyResponsibilities :

ModularSystem Design : Design and implement modular process systems for gasmanufacturing and processing ensuring efficiency flexibility andscalability inproduction.

ProjectLeadership : Lead multidisciplinary engineering teams on complexprojects from design through installation and commissioningensuring delivery on time within scope and onbudget.

ProcessOptimization : Evaluate and optimize mechanical processes andequipment to improve performance and efficiency in gasproduction.

EquipmentDesign & Selection : Design select and specify mechanicalequipment such as compressors pumps valves heat exchangers andpressure vessels specific to gas manufacturingprocesses.

ModularPackaging Expertise : Develop and implement modular skid packagesintegrating mechanical piping and process control systems in acompact efficientlayout.

Collaboration : Work closely with internal teams (operations electricalinstrumentation) and external vendors to ensure seamlessintegration of modularsystems.

ProcessTroubleshooting : Identify and resolve mechanical issues withinmodular systems minimizing downtime and improving operationalefficiency.

Documentation& Reporting : Prepare detailed technical reportsspecifications and documentation for modular systems and processdesigns.

Qualifications :

Education : Bachelor s or Master s degree in Mechanical Engineering or arelatedfield.

Experience : 8 years of experience in mechanical process engineering with astrong background in modular packaging and gasmanufacturing.

ProfessionalCertification : Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) designation inAlberta or the ability to obtain it within a reasonabletime.

Strongknowledge of thermodynamics fluid mechanics heat transfer andmaterial selection for gasmanufacturing.

Familiaritywith API ASME and other relevant standards for pressure vesselspiping and gas processingequipment.

AnalyticalSkills : Excellent problemsolving abilities with a focus onoptimizing processes and reducing operationalcosts.
