The Role

As a Full Stack Developer, you’ll join a collaborative engineering team building the core systems that power Verto’s Population Health platform. You’ll work on both front‑end and back‑end projects, learning how our systems connect patients, clinicians, and health data in real time.

This role is ideal for a developer who’s excited to learn, loves problem‑solving, and wants to see their work directly improve the healthcare experience for thousands of people.

What You’ll Do

• Contribute to the development of high‑quality web applications using Python, Ruby on Rails, Angular, Vue.js, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB
• Translate user stories into clean, maintainable code with guidance from senior engineers
• Work across the stack—from implementing API endpoints to building front‑end components
• Participate in daily stand‑ups, sprint planning, and code reviews
• Collaborate with product, QA, and design to deliver small, high‑impact features
• Learn about healthcare interoperability standards (like FHIR and HL7) and apply them in real projects
