KPMG’s Accounting Advisory Services (AAS) professionals combine deep technical knowledge and industry experience to help clients understand and plan for the accounting implications and wider business consequences of significant transactions, new accounting standards, or an entirely different accounting framework.

We are looking for experienced Managers to join our Ontario & Atlantic offices in the following locations :

Ottawa, Kanata, Hamilton, Oakville, Kitchener-Waterloo.

What You Will Do

• Lead and support accounting advisory projects, including financial reporting and business process design; fractional controllership, restructuring and transactions; analysis of complex accounting matters under multiple frameworks (IFRS, ASPE, ASNPO, PSAS).
• Plan and develop internal and external thought leadership for publications and events; facilitate and participate in client workshops and events.
• Assist clients with the evaluation of accounting requirements, reporting and disclosure standards, and prepare supporting analyses through drafting of reports and presentations.
