Implementation Lead - Alinity Software
The Implementation Lead will play a pivotal role in assisting clients with the integration and implementation of Softworks' products, guaranteeing a smooth and efficient transition from onboarding to full utilization.
You will play a pivotal role in ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements through the implementation cycle of Alinity.
The ideal candidate demonstrates outstanding written and verbal communication skills, meticulous attention to detail, and a genuine passion for ensuring client success.
They will be expected to have a deep understanding as a Regulator, specifically within the Healthcare space.
Note that technical software development skills are not required for this role. Experience as regulator of non-healthcare professions is also of interest.
To be considered for this role you MUST be a citizen or permanent resident of Canada
You will :
- Work closely with software development teams to integrate Health care regulatory requirements into the client implementation lifecycle
- Keep abreast about changes in healthcare regulations and industry trends, and advise on potential impacts and implications for ongoing and future projects.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for regulatory inquiries and clarifications throughout the client implementation process
- Assess client requirements and create project plans to ensure implementations are completed on time, within budget and according to client expectations
- Conduct requirement analysis with clients
- Become an expert and display deep understanding on our core product, Alinity and facilitate client training
- Leverage strong business acumen to effectively convey clients needs internally, driving resources needed for successful implementation
- Provide consistent reporting of project status to clients and internal stakeholders, addressing any issues or concerns
- Identify and address implementation road blocks or other constraints and provide solutions for an efficient implementation process
- Respond to and resolve escalated client issues during and / or after implementation
Required Skills and Experience :
- A minimum of 2 years experience in Project Management with a focus on regulatory compliance within the healthcare industry
- Excellent project management skills, including the ability to define project scope, develop schedules, and manage resources effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to build strong working relationships
- Proven self-starter and able to work independently with minimal guidance
- Proven ability to build strong working relationships with clients and IT personnel
