Compensation :

Base salary plus generous commission per sale (uncapped), benefits, and expenses.

The Opportunity :

As a User Acquisition Manager, you will focus on increasing our user base within our Offerings application. You will develop creative strategies and utilize industry-standard practices to grow our exposure and user base.

Responsibilities include driving user acquisition through organic search, paid advertising, and other methods; defining high-level strategies; evaluating campaign performance; and exploring new networks and markets.

What will you do as a Senior User Acquisition Manager?

Define success metrics and establish benchmarks.

Develop high-level UA strategies utilizing mobile advertising networks.

Allocate budgets and explore new advertising channels.

Address challenges like localization and entering new markets.

Collaborate with creative and product teams for optimization.

Define and refine audience targeting strategies.

Who are we looking for?

The primary qualifications include deep knowledge of mobile advertising, experience with digital marketing analytics, and familiarity with channels like Facebook and Google UAC. Candidates should be creative problem solvers, effective communicators, and comfortable with change.

Additional qualifications that help include team management experience and a background in related fields such as Business, Finance, or Economics.
