Overview

Warby Parker is searching for a well-rounded Sales Advisor to help deliver the best possible service to each customer. Advisors support retail locations across the country (and Canada!). They have a direct impact on the success of Warby Parker through customer interactions, process ideation and improvement, and various special projects. This role offers an opportunity to convey Warby Parker’s values and provide a memorable glasses-shopping experience.

Responsibilities

Compensation and Compliance

In compliance with local and state requirements, Warby Parker is committed to pay transparency. We offer a comprehensive compensation package that includes a competitive base salary/hourly rate and variable compensation for eligible employees. For applicable postings, the listed range is a good faith estimate of the compensation for this position at the time of posting. Final compensation is determined by factors including qualifications, experience, internal equity, and relevant market data. For applicable postings, non-exempt employees are eligible for overtime pay if required to work more than 40 hours in a workweek.
