POSITION FUNCTION
Perform lifeguard duties and swim instruction to promote aquatic skills and ensure the safety of patrons using the Crystal Pool and Fitness Centre.

Work is assigned by supervisor and reviewed while in progress. Issues such as class size, additional staff requirements and repairs or replacement of equipment are referred to supervisor.
