Operations Specialist

We are looking for a dedicated Operations Specialist to join our team in Toronto, Ontario. In this long-term contract role, you will play a key part in optimizing operational processes and ensuring seamless workflow management. This is a great opportunity to contribute your expertise in data processing, customer service, and enterprise systems to drive efficiency and support organizational goals.Job Responsibilities: ● Understanding the basic business and store operations, as well as the business & store structures, Effectively & efficiently compile data base of store information● Responsible for weekly and monthly information creation for stores and store operations team● Managing Company wide tasks, following through until completions cross-functionally● Flexibly adopt the information depending on the business needs● Develop the routine communication cross-functionally to achieve the goals.● Manage and ensuring customer facing store information, most up to date● Acquire the data analyses skills and reflect to the information and communication for the future● Review business reports to identify future focus points● Meet deadlines, leading internal teams, accurately provide information in details, but understanding the priorities● Bachelor's Degree in business related major● Experience with retail business required● Strategic and creative thinker who is outgoing and an effective communicator● Excellent writing and organization skills● Excellence in basic attire, verbal communication, and behavior as a professional ● Proven ability to work independently with limited day-to-day direction● Must be detail oriented, resourceful, self-motivated, and proactive● Skilled at managing projects - resources, assets, budget, information and timeline● Ability to handle multiple projects and work efficiently and effectively● Excellence in basic Microsoft Excel / Word /PowerPointRobert Half is the world's first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
