Timecard Data Administrator - 3 Month Contract

About the Opportunity

• Accurate entry of event crew timesheets, reflecting labour costs in Vimbiz system
• Coordinate with various teams / individuals to ensure accuracy of crew schedule and time entries
• Verify freelance invoices, investigate discrepancies, reconcile in Vimbiz and process in the A / P system
• Participate in weekly payroll meeting to discuss any issues, ideas and to ensure that payroll submission times will be met.
• General accounting administrative duties as assigned

About You

• College or University Degree in process
• Ability to prioritize and meet tight deadlines
• Microsoft Application experience : Excel, Word, Sharepoint, Outlook
• Proactive with the ability to identify and solve problems using sound judgment
• Strong organizational skills with especially high attention to accuracy
• Strong people interaction skills
• Self-starter with the ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision
• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
• Ability to be flexible and adaptable

Pay Range

$22 - $25 / hour
