Salary : $25 / Hour + Monthly Bonus
This position is based on-site at our Scarborough location (875 Middlefield Rd) and requires regular in-person attendance, 5 days per week.
Job Summary :
The Order Admin Support Coordinator ensures accurate order processing and exceptional customer service while providing flexible coverage for the front reception desk and other administrative tasks. This role responds to inquiries across multiple channels, resolves issues professionally, and supports smooth operations during team absences.
About The Role :
- Maintaining accounts in assigned territories
- Responding to incoming calls, emails and inquiries from customers
- Order entry
- Monitor the full order lifecycle to ensure all customer requirements are met.
- Monitor orders from entry to delivery, proactively addressing delays or issues with warehouse or shipping teams.
- Follow up on outstanding and backordered items on existing orders.
- Responsible for payment collection through Credit Cards, wires, and cheques
- Adhering to front desk reception duties : answering and directing phone calls, welcoming and assisting visitors and clients, and handling any inquiries.
- Performing general administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry and managing office supplies.
- Resolving customer complaints and conflicts with patience and courtesy
- Researching and reviewing accounts information for accuracy
- Coordinating and interacting with other department personnel as required
- Maintaining a high standard of professional decorum and practice when dealing with customers, suppliers, peers, supervisors and other key stakeholders
- Other responsibilities and accountabilities as assigned by the Customer Service Manager, and management

Minimum 3 years of relevant experienceFront desk reception experience is an assetProficient in MS Office ApplicationsExcellent verbal, written and communication skillsStrong interpersonal skillsHighly organized with a proven ability to multi-taskProductive and efficient in planning and executing workService driven with exceptional attention to detailAbility to work well in a fast-paced environmentExperience with SAP is considered an assetEnergetic, upbeat and a tenacious team playerCompensation : $25 / h + Monthly Sales Bonus subject to the terms of the monthly bonus plan. The total compensation range of this position is between $60,000 - $68,0000
