We’re looking for a Mechanical Engineering Leader to join our Toronto office, leading large, multidisciplinary projects with a focus on healthcare and science / laboratory facilities across Ontario. This is a senior leadership role, ideal for a forward‑thinking engineer who thrives on client relationships, technical excellence, and team development.

The Opportunity

• Lead complex, multi‑disciplinary projects as Project Manager and / or Engineer of Record.
• Ensure quality, code compliance, and alignment with client expectations.
• Monitor financial performance and manage project risks.
• Support strategic growth in healthcare and lab sectors through strong client relationships and business development.
• Contribute to winning new work through proposals, pitches, and contract negotiations.
• Mentor junior staff in mechanical, plumbing, and fire protection design.
• Guide professional development and promote technical excellence across the team.
• Engage in industry forums and help advance mechanical standards and sustainable design practices.

Hiring Range

The good faith base salary hiring range for Toronto : $162,850 to $217,100 per year. Benefits are not included in the base salary.
