Responsibilities

Repair and maintain all equipment and machines within the building to ensure the efficient, safe operation of all machinery with the shortest downtime

Work with maintenance team to exchange technical information to facilitate teamwork in troubleshooting and repair process

Organize long-term repairs to be completed during planned downtime

Complete work orders as required

Timely completion of repairs indicated on work orders

Execute all PM tasks on equipment by due dates and makes the necessary suggestions to improve PM effectiveness

Qualifications

Millwright License 433A

Exposed with Fanuc robots

Comfortable with pneumatic and hydraulic systems

Experience with highly automated equipment

Able to read and interpret blueprints, schematics & equipment manuals and repair instructions
