T. Technician in the Barrie, Orillia Area.This is not your ordinary customer service role; we want people passionate about going above and beyond for our customers, sinking their teeth into issues, finding the best possible solution, taking ownership of problems that arise, and working to find a solution.

The successful candidate will work with a small but growing team based in Edmonton and Toronto with many chances for advancement for properly motivated people.

Essential Functions : Provide an exceptionally high degree of customer satisfaction, and technical expertise, in an accurate and timely manner.

Logs support calls in the ticketing system.Takes ownership of issues.Actively involved in diagnosing and resolving end-user problems promptly through problem identification, isolation, and resolution.

Assign more complex problems to 2nd-level support for advanced solutions.Recommend system or process changes to reduce client issues.

Perform other duties as required.Traveling to different dealerships in the Barrie, and Orillia area, and possibly traveling to other areas of the Province.

Required to take two job-related courses per year.Job Qualifications : Exceptional customer service skills required.Polished and professional communication skills.

Empathetic to users' concerns and situations with the ability to respond appropriately.Post-Secondary Diploma in Information Technology or a combination of relevant education and / or experience.

A clear Criminal Record Check will be required for this position.A valid Driver’s license and a reliable vehicle are required.
