Youll be the technical anchor on projects mentor junior team members and collaborate with contractors architects and internal teams to deliver excellent work while creating a culture of support and growth.

In your first year at co-elevate you will become a trusted technical leader - providing engineering oversight on projects mentoring team members and helping to strengthen our internal systems and standards. Youll play a key role in raising the technical bar across the company while building strong relationships with clients and collaborators.

what were looking for

• Licensed Professional Engineer (.) in any Canadian province
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in structural engineering
• Experience acting as Engineer of Record on a range of projects
• Strong knowledge of Building Codes and relevant CSA Standards
• Proficient with structural analysis and design software (ETABS SAFE SAP2000 RISA3D etc.)
• Able to define clear goals navigate complex challenges and see projects through to completion
• A strong communicator who collaborates well with clients contractors and teammates
• A natural mentor who enjoys supporting junior engineers and strengthening the team
• Excited to work in-office in London Kitchener or St. Thomas- with flexibility when needed
