We’re seeking a dedicated Site Superintendent to lead a mid-rise concrete project a vibrant mixed used community designed for senior living.

Responsibilities
Site Management :
- Oversee day-to-day site operations, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
- Monitor progress and address any issues promptly.
Construction Coordination :
- Collaborate with the Project Manager to develop and execute project schedules.
- Review and approve subcontractor work plans and schedules.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications and standards.
Quality Control :
- Conduct regular inspections to verify work quality and adherence to plans.
- Address any deficiencies or deviations promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of inspections and corrective actions.
Safety and Compliance :
- Enforce safety protocols and promote a culture of safety on-site.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and permits.
- Address safety violations or incidents as needed.
Communication and Reporting :
- Communicate effectively with project team members, subcontractors, and clients.
- Provide regular progress reports to the Project Manager.
- Document site activities, issues, and resolutions.
Problem-Solving :
- Identify potential challenges or risks and propose solutions.
- Collaborate with the team to resolve issues promptly.
- Maintain a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Stakeholder Relations :
- Foster positive relationships with clients, subcontractors, and local authorities.
- Address client concerns or requests professionally.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience
- Experience with mid-rise concrete buildings and senior living facilities an asset
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting construction drawings, specifications, and contracts.
- Strong leadership skills to manage on-site teams and subcontractors.
- Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.
- Familiarity with safety protocols and procedures.
- Willingness to enforce safety standards rigorously.
Compensation
- Base Salary starting at $150,000
- Performance Bonus
