Application Developer

Transformation projects - The main function of the ServiceNow Developer is to design, develop, and implement applications using in‑demand languages and technologies for the ServiceNow Platform.

• Experience in Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions
• Customize and configure ServiceNow modules to meet business requirements.
• Set up and manage integrations between ServiceNow and other internal / external systems using various methods (e.g., REST / SOAP APIs, Integration Hub, MID Server).
• Implement best practices for testing and quality assurance to ensure that all solutions are robust, scalable, and maintainable.
• Stay updated on ServiceNow releases and trends, advocating for continuous improvement and innovation within the platform.
• Identify and mitigate technical risks associated with the implementation and operation of the solutions.
• Ensure that all solutions comply with relevant regulations and organizational policies.

Candidate Requirements / Must Have Skills

• 7-10 years of overall working experience with 7+ years of experience as a developer / analyst / solution designer
• 3+ years of development experience with ServiceNow platform with proficiency in ServiceNow configuration, scripting, and workflow development (hands on experience developing ServiceNow)
• 3+ years of experience with Service Catalogue
• Financial industry experience
• Experience working on integrations

Soft Skills Required

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
