Title : Front-End Developer / React Developer / MERN Stack Developer

Location : 3X / Week on site- Richmond Hill, ON

Duration : 6-month contract

Compensation : $65-$68 / hour

Required Skills :

• 5-8 years of professional software development experience and 3 years' experience as a Team Lead
• Strong hands‑on experience with React and the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React, Node.js).
• Deep front‑end expertise (70%) combined with solid back‑end experience in Node.js and TypeScript (30%).
• Proven experience leading or mentoring development teams in a fast‑paced or production environment.
• Practical experience working in Azure cloud, including CI / CD, deployments, and build pipelines.
• Strong knowledge of MongoDB and NoSQL data modeling.
• Experience supporting production environments, debugging, and resolving issues in real time.
• Experience working on high‑traffic or enterprise‑level web applications is an asset.
