This is a part‑time, non‑union contract position with 22 hr. / week, Mon‑Fri, requiring daytime in person work & occasional evening hours to support online classes. The position is based in Brampton and requires travel to various Peel Region locations.

Duties :

• Coordinate and oversee the day‑to‑day delivery of the digital literacy program for Ontario Works clients in Peel Region.
• Plan, schedule, and manage in‑person and online digital literacy classes and workshops.
• Travel to various program sites across Peel Region to support and oversee in‑person course delivery, as required.
• Work occasional evenings to support online digital literacy classes and program delivery, as required.
• Conduct client intake, eligibility screening, and needs assessments to ensure appropriate placement and support.
• Maintain program waitlists, registrations, attendance records, and client files.
• Support clients with limited digital skills to access and use technology, including email, Microsoft Teams, and online learning platforms.
• Coordinate, support, and provide guidance to Digital Literacy Instructors to ensure consistent, high‑quality program delivery.
• Coordinate the distribution, tracking, and return of program devices.
• Lead outreach and promotion to support client recruitment and program awareness.
• Maintain relationships with internal and external partners to support referrals and service coordination.
• Ensure accurate collection, entry, and maintenance of client and program data in CIS and SharePoint.
• Monitor program performance, outcomes, attendance, and participant feedback, and implement improvements as needed.
• Assist with the preparation of funder reports and supporting documentation.
• Perform other related duties as required to support program delivery and funder expectations.

$32.19 to $33.75 per hour
